i am so fed up with work today. screw those smelly prawns up-down-left-right! FABC lah! FABC-ing customers caused my finger to bleed. ROARRRR!!!


and i cant believe that FABC-ing customer said that my service sux. and.. he is da very first one. controlled my anger to argue with him.. SIGH.


I am having my moodswing lah.....

my 6 days stint at da counter is finally OVER. YEAH...!!!


so stressed up these few days...! this is my first time facing da competitors head on. outlet is downstairs and two competitors' shop at da same level. WAH LAU.


at roadshow, it is very easy to sell becos there are no competitors. just need to bootlick and make friends with customers will do. sales talk sweet talk smile sweet sweet...thats all! den hor, lesser uncles for me to cheat also at da counter. haiyoo...


i have learnt so much things from da supervisor. haha..very fulfilling! i respect him a lot. he is a sales talent!!! da coolest supervisor ever!!


hope i will have chances to work with him again. haha.. i need to brush up on my demo. so sucky pls!


i am so happy becos tmr is OFF DAY. YEAH!!!!!! :DDDD

this is my 3rd day attached at da counter. the competitors kept staring at me esp the woman. no hard feelings la, pls? haha.. the 3 of them were literally standing outside of their shop and stare at me like dumbo. i think they just wanna scare me. so stooopid!


i look very weird and funny when i stare at ppl so i just smile back to them. -.- work is work. dun mix work with personal feelings.


something i need to take note of. stop being so soft, irene! BE AGGRESSIVE WHEN DOING DEMO. BRAINWASH customers. got to come out with some yes or no questions and let customers agree with me.. do assume force closing!!

so so so busy today.. i finish my lunch within 20mins. da supervisor is very sales-oriented. mind you.. he is one of the top sales man in da company. he is so so so positive and motivated. but he is very understanding...


dare not slack at all.. skali later i push down their sales. every sales counts..


be positive, irene!! Your Enemy is Yourself.. be confident! e products i am selling are the best. THE BEST!!! lol -.- i dun wan to be paid to be a flower vase. at other places, i will be penalized for performing. grab this good opportunity to perform and do my best...!

den the other hairy factory uncle ken called me..again. dun understand why he only call me leh... dare not pick up the call. hairy monster!! is back to haunt me again. LOL! -.-


dun really like my current workplace. it is surrounded by competitors. wah lau! and it is very demoralising to see the competitors selling. my selling style da soft approach wont be able to work out at there. service doesnt matter that much alr... got to make very very strong comparision. product and medical knowledge must be very good. many walk-in customers and da main test is to convince them to buy...


will be stationed at there for one more week. take it as an opportunity to train up my convicing power..!
