tired.. sick.. bored.. off day soon! yippeeee~! :D


my colleagues were teasing that one of the malaysian attached staffs is secretly admiring me. i thought it was a joke but..he didnt deny it. GOSH! we gonna be working at e same fair for one more week. paiseh leh..


i have so many thoughts running thru my head today. working in this company will either make u a materialistic or a better person. many of my colleagues chiong branded and "status" to them is very impt. i hav seen some of them landing themselves in heavy debts. splurge on drink..smoke..gamble..branded..this is the culture. never be able to move out of their "comfort zone" and improve..


spend lotsa money on advertising but it gonna be useless if the staffs dun buck up. they are just literally standing there waiting for "durians". the whole place is so empty and tell me, who will dare to step in. this is roadshow, not outlet! they only knw hw to complain hw lousy the location is but frankly speaking, the location is good and many singaporeans have the buying power. it is just a matter of hw to convince customers to take out da money from their pockets willingly.


doing sales is not only abt selling the product but also selling out yr personality to e customers. packaging is very impt. roadshows cant just survive waiting for the potentials to step in. need to jio customers to try too. i was able to top for those few days becos i jio customers in and close the deal with EFFORT. the staffs there were just posing and chit-chatting. they eat eggs and complain tt i am breaking their rice bowl. WAH LAU. think jio customers in, tell them blah blah and they will buy meh? got effort one hor! i build rapport with customers k~! nobody was standing at da spot to jio customers u knw!!! i will feel wasted if i dun jio. SALES LEH. COMMISION LEH. extra money to earn leh! wah lau.. those staffs ah.. so cmi.. dun complain no sales la and be jealous when u dun put in effort.. dun go to the extra miles to provide services.. unable to close deal becos service sux.. attitude sux.. and hello.. ppl dun call u all sales CONSULTANT for nothing.. u all are not sales promoter.. i am the one k! machiam like i change job scope with them sia..


it would be difficult for the roadshow to hit sales target if the staffs dun change their attitude. they are just waiting for bonus LOR den quit the job. haiya.. NO point spending so much money on advertising. the branding is there and it is up to the staffs..


when location is good, everyone will chiong. when location is bad, everyone just stand there and wait. it will be a matter of test to be disciplined and put in extra effort. many customers gt buying power one leh! but.. it is another story to make customers feel comfortable to buy from u and ie.. selling out yr personality.. da whole package.. The Art Of Salesmanship..


CREATE INTERESTS.. CREATE NEEDS.. CREATE URGENCY..
this is what my senior told me on my first day of work.


i am learning and i still have a long way to go. life is interesting.....very amusing.....at times. just my one cent worth of thoughts....
